Steps to Enrollment

How to accept a course plan?
Login to your Homeworkonweb Account.
Click on "My Subscription" you would see on top of the page.
Click on "1-to-1" Tab under "My Subscription".
You would see your active course plan. Click on "View Details".
You would be able to see a Join Course button. Click on it.
I did not take a session, how do I reschedule that session?
Drop a mail with your convenient timing to homeworkonweb@gmail.com. You will get a callback from your Student Account Manager for rescheduling the session.
I want to change my subject's teacher. How do I do it?
You can directly contact the SAM (Student Account Manager) or mail your issue to homeworkonweb@gmail.com.
Can I download the past session replay?
You would not be able to download the past session replay. You can watch it online only.

Homework On Web refund policy?

  1. Must submit a fee refund request to your coordinator informing him or her of the problem. You will get a 100% refund of remaining classes.
